Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellations will be processed upon receipt of the cancellation request. Pleas email hello@soulmoonstudio.com to cancel. If a cancellation is submitted less than 30 days prior to the scheduled autopay date, the member agrees to the cancellation terms and acknowledges that one final autopay will be processed. In such cases, the member will retain full access to membership benefits until the effective cancellation date at the end of their final billing cycle.
